Biographical Information

Dr. Jean Lau Chin is President of CEO Services providing consulting, educational, and organizational services with an emphasis on community health, cultural competence, and integrated systems of care. She has more than 35 years of clinical, consulting, and management experience in education, health, and mental health. She has been active in addressing needs of underserved, low income, and ethnic minority communities. Her leadership positions include: Dean, Derner Institute at Adelphi University, Systemwide Dean at Alliant International University, Regional Director of a behavioral health company, Executive Director of a community health center, and Co-Director of a child guidance clinic.
